As you prepare to file a claim with Dealers Resource Center, here is some important information to be aware of:

  • Claims should be filed before beginning repairs in order to receive authorization for those repairs and have them covered.
  • All repairs should be made at the dealership where a vehicle was purchased or at a licensed repair facility (if taking the vehicle to the dealership is not possible).
  • Once a claim has been filed, our experienced claims professionals will review the policy, along with the repair shop’s findings, and issue a decision, providing specific details regarding the basis for that decision.
