Generally I don’t like calling the warranty company as the process of getting someone to talk to is like pulling teeth. However, I had the privilege of speaking with Mike in claims, he made the process smoothness. I was able to file my claim and off the phone in minutes. I have a basic service repair plan with Dealers Resource Center to start this out. I had previously had a claim for some work to be done at a dealership out of state. Well, now I’m starting to have the same issue and I called customer service.
I ended up speaking to Amanda, what a pleasant surprise!!!!! What an amazing experience with a Customer Service Advisor! She is definitely an asset to this company. She answered all of my questions, looked up what had been done, and sent me a copy of all the work that was done. Even though my warranty coverage for those parts are maxed out with DRC, Amanda advised me that I may still be covered under Factory Parts warranty!
Most people would not be that pleasant, and take that time to go above and beyond. Thank you Amanda

I think it is easy to be skeptical about extended car warranties but my experiences with my Dealers Resource Center extended warranty have been great! I purchased the “Diamond Elite Protection”, I have filed several claims and they have not disappointed. This warranty has been well worth the cost and they were easy to work with. In fact they worked directly with the service center and made it seamless for me. The only small gripe that I have is the amount that the warranty pays per labor hour is less than what many shops charge, so there was a small difference relatively speaking. This is good peace of mind!
I have the diamond elite warranty package and Dealers Resource Center has been there 100% with any issue I have had with my car. I highly recommend anyone buying a used car purchase this plan.

I am a service advisor at a luxury dealership. I work with warranty companies on an almost daily basis. Dealers Resource Center has got to be one of the easiest companies to work with. No jumping through any hoops, no delays in response time, just smooth transitions. My warranty was well worth it. All repairs were covered, and my service rep handled all the reports and estimates to the company. I would definitely recommend Dealers Resource Center if offered from any dealer.
