What type of products and services are available through Dealers Resource Center?
Dealers Resource Center offers a wide range of F&I products from Vehicle Service Contracts, Guaranteed Asset Protection, Appearance Protection Plans, Tire & Wheel, and many more as well as training for Finance, sales, and service Managers.
What standard features are included in your Vehicle Service Contracts?
All of our Vehicle Service Contracts, Basic Car Care, Consumer Breakdown Protection, and our Manufacturers Certified protection plans are transferrable, renewable, cancellable, and include roadside assistance, towing, and rental car assistance.
Where do consumers take their vehicles for claims and repairs?
We have a toll-free 24/7 claims hotline to our claims agents that will direct consumers to any ASE certified repair facility in the US & Canada but will make every effort to first return the consumer to the selling dealerships repair facility.
How do consumers purchase any of Dealers Resource Center Products?
Dealers Resource Center products are sold to consumers exclusively through our network of participating auto dealerships at the time of purchase.
What are the payment options for purchasing products?
There are multiple payment options available from cash through our selling dealers, financing on Retail Installment contracts at time of vehicle purchase or Service Payment Plan (SPP) retail installment contracts.
Are Dealers Resource Center's products secure and insured?
Dealers Resource Center protection plans are offered by some of the largest publicly traded Auto Groups in the United States, has over 100 years Automotive related management experience and insured by A-rated insurance carrier AMTrust.
Is Dealers Resource Center Integrated with DMS providers:
Yes, Dealers Resource Center is integrated with virtually all DMS providers and F&I Menu systems.
How does Dealers Resource Center pay claims?
Dealers Resource Center makes claim payments directly to the repair facility once authorization for the repair has been approved via Credit Card.
Does Dealers Resource Center provide training to its authorized Dealer Network?
Yes, Dealer Resource Center provides training through its team of Business Development Directors in all selling states who are exclusively employed by the company.
