Racing in a triathlon is hard. Beating cancer is harder!

On Sunday, August 29th, Dealers Resource Center joins forces with Team Bright Side in the race for the cure for pediatric cancer.

Grab your shoes, bike, and swim trunks to race with Deric Kalamitsiotis, the president of operations at Dealers Resource center, as he takes on the Chicago Triathlon.

Ready to go? Check out Team Brightside’s team on their website and  Sign up here!

Can’t make it? You can still be a part of the race! Make a donation to help Team Brightside win this fight. Every penny of your money will go toward saving children’s lives.

Dealers Resource Center believes strongly in Team Brightside’s cause. Over the last ten years, they’ve trained nearly 600 athletes to compete in triathlons. And every year they raise over 500,000 to give to the University of Chicago Medicine to help find the cure for pediatric cancer. All the funds they donate go directly into cutting-edge research. This includes immunotherapy and the FDA approved break-through treatment of using the patient’s own genetically modified cells to attack the cancer.

For the Team Brightside Foundation, this fight is personal. And taking part in this triathlon means so much more than just winning this race. It’s about beating childhood cancer. They’ve experienced childhood cancer through their own child. And they’ve seen the battles fought by other families in a similar situation. They want to help end childhood cancer once and for all. Deric Kalamitsiotis is the president of operations for Dealers Resource Center. He is also an athlete and family man. He cares deeply about this cause and hopes you will too!
