Here at Dealers Resource Center, I take care of the entire life cycle of the recruiting process that comes with identifying candidates, interviewing candidates, greeting candidates, and presenting the very best qualified candidates to our clients. When we identify candidates, we use the best and most competitive job boards. When we interview our candidates, we do a very thorough interview process. So we usually do about two to three interviews. And whenever we screen our candidates, we do also a very thorough background check and a drug screen if requested by our clients. And then that will lead us to present the very best qualified candidates over to our dealerships.
