We believe the Arbor Day Foundation’s continuing mission to replant our nation’s forests is critical to our planet. DRC’s goal is to plant 5,000 trees in honor of the customers who purchased our Green Choice Environmental Coverage (covers emission and exhaust systems) and communities worldwide. THE ARBOR DAY FOUNDATION’S MISSION CONTINUES
Dealers Resource Center is happy to report that we helped the Arbor Day Foundation meet its “Time for Trees” goal a year early! And we exceeded our goal by more than 2500 trees! Altogether, there are now over 5 million new trees growing all across the world. But the Arbor Day Foundation isn’t done yet, and neither are we!
Vice President and Owner of DRC, Mike Kalamitsiotis, wants you to know that he remains committed to his resolve to help this important organization. As Mike told us last year, “The mission of the Arbor Day Foundation is to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees and that ties in beautifully with my family’s love of the great outdoors.
Along with other partners in cities and forests across the globe, we are coming together to drive much needed change and to improve the quality of life around the world through the simplest, most affordable, and most effective solution – planting trees – which will pave way for the health and well-being of people in this generation and for generations to come.”

Dealers Resource Center is a proud supporter of the Arbor Day Foundation.
This year, the Arbor Day Foundation is celebrating their 50th anniversary as well as the 150th anniversary of Arbor Day as a holiday!
In five decades, the Arbor Day Foundation has planted and distributed nearly 500 million trees in more than 50 countries worldwide. DRC is thrilled to have the opportunity to assist this wonderful mission by planting 5,000 trees and donating $10,000 to the Arbor Day Foundation.
Dealers Resource Center is planting the trees in honor of their customers who have acquired DRC’s Green Choice Environmental Coverage which covers emissions and exhaust systems.
With climate change becoming more of a world-wide issue, Deric, Michael, and Lee wanted to do as much as they could to help.
“The mission of the Arbor Day Foundation is to inspire people to plant, nurture and celebrate trees,” Vice President of Operations Michael Kalamitsiotis said. “That ties in beautifully with my family’s love of the great outdoors.”
DRC recognizes that their customers want to work and be associated with a company that has the same values and priorities when it comes to protecting our environment.
Most important for the DRC team is that while helping preserve the environment with planting trees, it also gives them the opportunity to get the word out to those who might not be familiar with the struggles of the environment.
